Processing time: All orders will be prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Tracking: Tracking will be sent to customers email after item has been shipped.

Cancellations: After a order is submitted, processing has begun and the order cannot be canceled. If there are any questions about cancelling a order please contact us.

Returns exchanges: Returns exchanges will be accepted within 30day(s) of the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. for more information visit our returns and exchanges page.

Delayed orders: In the case of delayed processing time the customer will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's responsibility. For delayed orders, please contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

Damaged orders: Beeyew Clothing is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged. please reach out to us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
